At Colette Nail Artistry, we believe there is something special about work made by hand.

Colette began with my own love of Japanese-style nail art. Living in the UK, I often found it difficult to find the kind of intricate designs I wanted. Even when I found a nail artist who could create the style I was looking for, it was not always easy to find the right balance of style, location and cost.

I started making press-on nails for myself as another way to enjoy the nail art I loved. Working on each nail individually gave me the freedom to take my time with each design and wear it on my own terms.

What began as a personal solution soon became something I wanted to share. Press-ons offered a different way to enjoy detailed nail art, with the freedom to choose what you wear and when you wear it. And sometimes, you just want to keep a beautiful set a little longer.

Rather than mass-produced nails, we care about the finer details — the layers, the textures and the little touches that make each set feel thoughtfully made.

Each set is hand-painted to order using carefully selected gel polishes and materials, primarily from trusted nail brands in Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Our designs are inspired by the refined aesthetic of Japanese-style nail art, with an appreciation for craftsmanship.

We see press-on nails as another way to express your style. Something you can change with your outfit, your plans or simply your mood. With careful removal and storage, you can return to a favourite design whenever you want.
